We resolve our students' most frequently asked questions

If you can't find the answer to your questions, please contact us!

Can I stay in class with my child on the first day?

From the first day, we encourage students to enter class alone, so they can begin to create their own space with their new classmates. Furthermore, the presence of a parent alters the classroom dynamic.
Payment options are: full monthly payment within the first 7 days of the month, individual class payments, and/or a 10-class bundle. A reduction in the monthly fee is only offered to new students who do not start at the beginning of the month (who will be charged a fee proportional to their initial enrollment at the center).
You can bring your own mat, but it's not essential; the center has enough mats for all classes. We do recommend bringing a towel to cover the one you use for hygiene reasons.
At La Kinesfera, we train without shoes, as free-foot training is of utmost importance in our sessions. If footwear is necessary, we allow the use of shoes as long as they are exclusively for the activity and not worn outdoors.
Of course! We invite you to try a class in any of the activities we offer at La Kinesfera, so you can experience firsthand the dynamics that interest you most and decide if it's a good fit for you.
Our center respects diversity and offers various activities for students of all abilities. We can assess your needs to decide which one best suits your needs.
We offer various discounts for families, such as the “adult(s) + child(ren)” package and the “siblings” (minors) package.
We have successfully prepared several students for the conservatory. We assess each case to decide if we can accommodate the needs within our schedule.
The pass expires three months from the date of purchase. It consists of 10 sessions, and you can attend any of the classes (except yoga). However, it is essential that students using the pass arrive with advance notice (at least 24 hours in advance) to reserve their spot and confirm availability. If the class is full, the pass holder must choose another time and/or activity.
The monthly fee will not vary significantly if the month has one or two more classes, depending on the calendar, or one or two fewer classes if it falls on a holiday. Throughout the academic year, the average number of classes is balanced out between the longer and shorter months.

Yes, monthly fees are always full except in August when we are only open for half the month and half the fee is charged. In exceptional cases where we have to cancel classes on a weekday due to unforeseen circumstances, the center will offer students the opportunity to make them up.
